To monitor and inspect all the work site activities in the plant to ensure HSE Management System implementation.
To audit and participate in the execution of the Permit To Work (PTW) activities to ensure plant safety (personnel & property).
To participate in controlling the emergency situations as on seen-commander to maintain plant safety (personnel & property) and environmental protection.
To supervise the operation and maintenance of the fire fighting and safety equipments to ensure their proper functionality.
To participate in pre-incident planning and emergency senarios execution to ensure effectiveness of the ERP organization (emergency equipments and personnel performance).
To deliver HSE training programs for; Fire/Safety Man, Fire Truck Driver, First Intervention Team (FIT), Basic & Advanced Safety Induction, and Tool Box Talk (TBT), to maintain safety awareness for company employees and contractors.
To prepare, review and comment on HSE procedures, work instructions, and to participate in OHSAS 18001 audit to ensure HSE Management System implementation.
To participate in Incident Investigation and HSE statistics tracking system update in order to comply with HSE legal requirements.
To request HSE materials and control departmental properties to ensure material availability and proper control for HSE inventory.
